Kakwentuhan ko yung taxi driver kanina, our subject eh yung current state of Baguio- he told me na minsan lang siya napunta sa loob ng SM City Baguio- he never really enjoyed being inside the place- it made him feel small. Bukod sa walang mabili-pagkatapos nila kumain na mga anak niya wala ng magawa sa loob.
Last week, nagpunta sila magkakaibigan sa tabing-ilog, nag picnic sila, nang huli ng isda and then sa nearby na farm namitas sila ng gulay. He would rather go near a river- everything is free for people like him.
Deep inside--- I know, he is luckier than most people for understanding this principle.
Some people think--going inside a shopping mall and buying luxurious goods is everything- they don't understand the simplicity and happiness this taxi driver has.
In between, he was a very jolly man- he seems to know his life priorities.
